Do you have a class cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place (we don’t like doing it but we hope you understand). As the tutor’s time has been reserved in advance, we pay them for the class as we think that’s fair. So make sure you give your tutor as much notice as possible!
How can I pay for lessons?
If you fill in your form within the chosen course tab with your chosen class package or session. We will provide payment details and the booking for the session. All sessions are paid in advanced
How do I rearrange or cancel my class?
You will need to message your tutor directly (please do not contact the office). For classes cancelled with more than 24-hours’ notice to the tutor, there is no charge. For classes cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice, we have a 100% cancellation policy in place (we don’t like doing it but we hope you understand).
